New Zealand Cassis Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A cool summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 200grams frozen cassis
  • One small, ripe banana
  • 200ml apple juice
  • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt

Method

Place all of the ingredients together into an electric mixer and mix. The natural sweetness of the yogurt and banana blend well with the sweet and sour flavor of the cassis making this an easy drink even for first-time smoothie drinkers. This is an ideal beverage for the beginning of the day or when you are feeling tired.
